We are recruiting for our agency in the canton of Vaud, a Branch Manager.The Branch Manager is responsible for a portfolio in charge of technical, financial, health, safety, environmental, and contractual management.MISSIONS:Financial:- Seizes opportunities for development and growth of contracts.- Responsible for the profitability of the contracts in their sector and assumes financial responsibility, supported by the Manager.Purchasing:- Selects suppliers and subcontractors and places orders in compliance with the purchasing process and rules.Management of teams:- Supervises, leads, and develops the skills of their technicians and is responsible for technical support for interventions as well as equipment management.- Verifies maintenance plans via the management of subcontracting and cross-functional services in their sector.Reporting:- Reports on the monitoring of their activity to their manager.- Accounts to the client for the execution of the contract and ensures their satisfaction.Force of proposal:- Proposes any suggestion likely to improve performance, operation, customer service, and profitability.Main client contact:- Guarantor to their clients of the relationship with the various specialized technical services of the company.- Ensures follow-up on their sites with Energy Efficiency.Skills and interpersonal skills:- Perfect mastery of at least one technical field (heating, hydraulics, plumbing) and its perimeter.- Very good ability to adapt easily to the constraints of the field.- Ease with communication tools.- Communicative, they will ensure to maintain good relationships with their internal and external clients and their colleagues.Quality and Safety:- Respect for procedures: Respects and ensures compliance with company procedures concerning their activity.- Non-conformity: Reports and treats non-conformities concerning their contracts.
