Drive their performance- Develop the portfolio of rentals and sales- Assume active client prospecting. Strengthen the visibility and positioning of Imalp Thyon in its market- Develop the development strategy for the real estate agency. In close collaboration with the General Manager of Télé-Thyon SA, propose strategies to the Board of Directors of Imalp Thyon SA- Set the objectives for the services for which you assume responsibility, verify that these are met, and take all necessary measures to correct potential problems and optimize work processes. Assume high-level control of the quality of services provided to the clientele by the staff of these services- Develop the general operating and investment budget for everything related to the real estate agency, in collaboration with the General Manager of Télé-Thyon- Define and implement the commercial development of the management of real estate properties entrusted to the Imalp agency- Determine and allocate human and financial resource needs after analyzing requests made by the heads of the services for which you have hierarchical responsibility- Represent Imalp Thyon SA on an ad hoc basis as issued by the Board and in good cooperation with the General Manager of Télé-Thyon SA before technical, political, economic, and tourist bodies with which Imalp Thyon SA maintains close relations- Manage, in close collaboration with the General Management of Télé-Thyon SA, the properties owned by the company (offices, restaurant, swimming pool, daycare, premises)Specific missions for the real estate department- Ensure the proper management of mandates granted to Imalp Thyon SA (condominium management, management of external accounting mandates) and collaborate with external structures directly linked to this managementYour profile:- Hold a basic qualification in commerce and/or supplemented by a degree or confirmed experience (5-10 years) in mountain real estate- If possible, hold a complementary qualification in business management- Proficiency in French, German, and English- Mastery of sales techniques- Excellent knowledge of the local market (Thyon 4 Vallées)- Leadership and ability to advance a team- Flexibility, synthesis skills, decision-making ability, entrepreneurial spirit- Autonomous and results-oriented- Ability to structure and execute a growth strategy- General technical mastery of real estate management tools- Interest in the mountains and winter sportsWe offer:- A stable position and social conditions of a leading company in its market- Ski pass for the Verbier/4 Vallées domain- Meals in company restaurantsWorkplace:Télé-Thyon SARoute de ThyonThyonStart date:General questions regarding recruitment?
