Branch Manager Sanitary Installations - Canton of Vaud
You will be responsible for developing the company’s activities in the canton of Vaud. A true entrepreneur, you are responsible for the creation, development and management of a new branch, while ensuring the management of HVAC projects with a high level of quality, deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and structure the company’s activities in the canton of Vaud by creating and managing a new branch.
- Identify and develop a client portfolio, notably with general contractors, architects and local partners.
- Act as the main contact for clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Actively participate in commercial development and acquisition of new projects.
- Take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete realisation, from preparation to delivery.
- Analyse technical files, bids and plans to effectively structure execution phases.
- Participate in project costing and contribute to the preparation of technical offers.
- Plan work and define necessary resources (teams, equipment, subcontractors).
- Recruit, structure and develop a local team according to business growth.
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of employees.
- Set up and lead site meetings to ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
- Coordinate the various technical trades and ensure interface with other lots.
- Supervise the execution of installations in compliance with technical requirements and company standards.
- Ensure respect of deadlines, quality of execution and control conformity of installations to current standards.
- Manage unforeseen events, anticipate risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ensure administrative and financial follow-up of projects as well as regular reporting to management.
- Organise commissioning, participate in project handovers and ensure resolution of reservations.
- Organise and supervise tests, adjustments and commissioning of installations, participate in project handovers and ensure resolution of reservations until project closure.
Your profile
- With a basic sanitary training, you have completed your path with higher education (foreman certificate or sanitary mastership).
- You have confirmed experience in Switzerland as a senior project manager or manager in the HVAC field.
- Experience in business development, team management or running an entity is a real asset.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building, developing and structuring a business.
- Comfortable in client relations, you have a good network or are able to develop one.
- SME environments attract you and you appreciate proximity to the field.
- Structured, autonomous and results-oriented, you know how to manage projects and activities efficiently.
- You demonstrate open-mindedness, flexibility and commitment.
- A natural leader, you know how to unite and develop teams.
- Hardworking and reliable, you are keen to see things through and contribute concretely to the company’s development.
