Your activities

• ensure the operational and personnel management of the branch
• achieve strategic objectives in sales, quality and budget
• advise private and commercial clients in the areas of investments, financing and pension provision
• develop and retain a client portfolio as well as maintain a network of relationships
• promote and sell our banking products and services
• collaborate closely with the various business sectors

You possess

• a banking or business economics education (federal diploma, ESBF ESE, HES or equivalent)
• several years of experience in the banking sector and in team management
• a dynamic, solution- and management-oriented personality as well as excellent communication skills
• a strong service orientation and the ability to identify client needs
• a broad network of relationships
• if possible, a connection to the region and ideally, a strong regional anchoring
