Kiss The Ground & Store Manager – 100%Kiss The Ground – The cheerful, Local The Ground (KTG) is a committed Swiss retail concept that rethinks food retailing and offers a clear alternative to traditional distribution. Our mission: To make organic accessible to everyone – through fair prices, local stores, and personal representation with a simple vision: Organic should become a matter of course – without complexity and without elitism. In our stores, customers can find all products of daily needs – fresh food, hygiene products, household items, pet supplies – but in an environment that is more human, harmonious, and responsible than a classic model promotes lifestyles that are more local, fluid, and sustainable by reducing dependency on long, expensive, or environmentally harmful routes. It supports vibrant, inclusive, and diverse neighborhoods, where everyone can meet their daily needs on foot, with X through gentle mobility forms. This is reflected in a X happy proximity: a warm welcome, genuine relationships with our customers, and an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit a unique experience. It also stands out with X deep commitment to the regions. Each store continuously seeks new local producers to enrich X, strengthen the regional economy, and bring consumers closer to the people who produce our products.
