Together with your team, you will contribute to retaining and supporting blood donors, while playing an essential role in the chain of solidarity that saves lives.Blood Donor Contact Center Manager (m/f/x) 80%, start date immediately or by arrangementYour missions- As a group manager, you ensure the management of a team of about ten people within the donor contact center- With your team, you contribute essentially to guaranteeing the blood supply in our regions through targeted donor outreach- You provide comprehensive advice for all questions regarding blood donation- You manage the distribution of labile blood products- You guarantee and continuously develop the quality of our skills- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent title, supplemented by higher education (federal certificate, ES diploma, CAS or HES Bachelor) in the field of management, customer service, marketing, or administration- Experience in team management and in the service sector (telephony, tourism). Ability to unite and support a team, keen sense of organization and autonomy, solution-oriented, excellent communication skills and experience in customer follow-up- Excellent command of French with good knowledge of German.
