On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a BIM Manager.Your future responsibilities:- You will represent the local site in the context of the deployment of the BIM methodology.- You will pilot BIM activities: monitoring deliverables and reporting.- You will evaluate internal skills and organize the necessary training for knowledge development.- You will collaborate with teams to implement adapted BIM processes.- You will lead BIM meetings.- You will ensure the monitoring of milestones, quality audits, and project reviews.- You will coordinate the digital modeling of building projects while ensuring interfaces with other disciplines.Profile:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in construction and a higher education degree.- You have a confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in BIM projects.- You master Autodesk tools (Revit in particular).- Knowledge in another technical field (HVAC/Sanitary/Electrical) is an asset.- You are capable of structuring, analyzing, and coordinating complex projects independently.- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Conditions:- You will join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit, and staff stability.- Your tasks will be varied and your career plan ensured.- We offer you a tailor-made consulting approach by providing you with knowledge of the company, its values, and principles. jide91785baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
