Bilingual Security Lodge Agent (part-time, m/f/d) Are you flexible, enjoy teamwork, and contact with others? Are you experienced in video surveillance and alarm systems? Bilingual Security Lodge Agent (part-time, m/f/d) What you can contribute: Management of the Lodge and security center activities within an alarm system, video surveillance, and technical frameworks using modern tools. Site monitoring. Engagement of necessary means on call/request for fire, health and/or malicious events. Writing activity and event reports. Teamwork, 3x8 shifts (24/7 and 365 days/year). What you bring: Impeccable honorability (no criminal record, no prosecutions, no property defaults in Switzerland, C or B permit with authorized activity (for more than 2 years if EU/EFTA national). Perfect command of spoken and written French. Writing skills to inform the logbook and draft documents. Mastery of English at least at B2 level. Minimum of one year’s previous experience in the security field with at least 6 months in a lodge. Good knowledge of common tools (Office 360 Suite). Security experience or in alarm management, technical knowledge in video protection systems, alarm, transmission, or access control. Highly developed sense of responsibility and discretion, vigilance, and confidentiality. Great autonomy, ease in managing emergencies. Good contact sense at all levels and conflict management skills. Very good prioritization skills and a strong attention to detail, self-control, and charm in all circumstances. Excellent physical condition, rigor, and precision.
