Bilingual Security Lodge Operator Agent (part-time, m/f/d)

What you can contribute

Management of the Lodge and security centre activities in an exceptional setting
Handling alarm systems, video surveillance and technical installations using modern tools
Site monitoring
Deployment of necessary resources upon call/request for fire, health or malicious events
Writing activity and event reports
Teamwork, 3-shift schedule (24/7 and 365 days a year)

What you bring

Impeccable integrity (no criminal record, no prosecutions, no bankruptcy or insolvency)
Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorised gainful employment (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA national

Fluent spoken and written French
Good writing skills to fill in the logbook and draft documents
English proficiency at least at B2 level
Minimum one year prior experience in security with at least 6 months in a lodge role
Good knowledge of common IT tools (Office 360 Suite)

Experience as a security operator or in alarm management is a strong asset
Technical skills in video protection, alarm, transmission, communication and access control systems
Highly developed sense of responsibility, discretion and vigilance
Great autonomy, ease in managing emergency situations
Good interpersonal skills at all levels and mediation in conflict situations
Initiative, excellent prioritisation skills and broad general knowledge
Attention to detail, self-control and sociability in all circumstances
Excellent physical condition, presentation, rigour and precision
