WE ARE the advertising agency of the ESH Médias group. We are dedicated to providing leading print, digital, and display advertising solutions in the cantons of Valais, Neuchâtel, and the La Côte region. Through our effective and innovative advertising offerings, we enable advertisers to communicate meaningfully in Switzerland. As part of our team in Neuchâtel or Bienne, you will contribute to the revenue growth of Impactmedias SA and Romandie Combi (which includes the publications ArcInfo, La Liberté, Le Quotidien Jurassien, Le Journal du Jura, and Le Nouvelliste) by ensuring that Impactmedias offers the best product/solution to clients and prospects. The offer must be relevant from a marketing, financial, and technical standpoint and perfectly aligned with the needs of the client. Bilingual Marketing Manager and commercial support fr/all.How you will contribute to our success:- By managing the product range (print, digital, content, display, ...) of the relevant regions in collaboration with the Head of Product (updating rates and marketing materials), sales directors, and various marketing teams of ROC;- By developing and implementing commercial & marketing measures aimed at increasing the advertising revenue of the relevant regions;- By training and promoting our offers and/or specials internally (to salespeople) and externally (to clients, agencies);- By developing with the Global Marketing Manager the external marketing plan for Impact Médias offers, calendar) across all our media (website, newsletters, social media, etc.);- By assisting & challenging the sales forces in crafting commercial proposals: good understanding of client briefs, multimedia approach;- By leveraging all internal tools to build the most relevant and smart client proposals possible (REMP, SPR, Mediafocus, Zulu5, etc.);- By providing the sales teams with the monthly market advertising reports through various tools (Mediafocus, Zulu5);- By ensuring and translating the offers with a view to addressing the market.This position is for you if:- You have a solid background in marketing and several years of experience;- You are perfectly bilingual in French / German;- You have in-depth knowledge of the advertising sector;- You are capable of managing projects rigorously and independently;- You have experience in change management;- You can work at various levels;- You possess great adaptability and can relate to different types of stakeholders.Ready to start?As soon as you are available, we begin.
