Your mission:

As part of the development of a lovely family-run business, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer specialised in the HVAC/S (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Sanitary) sector.

Your tasks
• Ensure the follow-up and management of customer requests
• Coordinate technical interventions and repairs
• Act as the interface between customers, technicians and suppliers
• Prepare and monitor quotes, orders and administrative files
• Guarantee quality customer service and respect deadlines
• Participate in handling complaints and after-sales service follow-up

Your profile:

• Proven experience in customer service, technical administration or after-sales coordination
• Essential knowledge of the HVAC/S field
• Excellent command of German at C1 level mandatory (spoken and written)
• Good command of French
• Good interpersonal skills, organisational sense and priority management
• Proficiency in common IT tools (ERP is an advantage)
