Beauty Expert - Guerlain Spa (M/F)
Responsibilities

- You perform wellness, relaxation, calming and aesthetic treatments, in line with the clients’ needs
- You welcome, advise and guide clients throughout their Spa experience
- You establish a personalised treatment programme and recommend suitable products
- You ensure cleanliness, order and harmony of your workstation
- You actively contribute to the sale of Guerlain treatments and products
- You ensure an exceptional client experience in a Palace environment
Profile sought
- You have proven experience in a Spa or luxury hotel
- You master various massage and/or aesthetic treatment techniques
- You rigorously apply hygiene and quality standards
- You are organised, refined and have a sense of personalised welcome
- You speak English (minimum required level); any other language is an asset
- You demonstrate professionalism, dynamism and team spirit
