What you will do: Advise on basic topics such as savings, payments, investments, and retirement planning. Develop tailored solutions to client needs while considering their personal situation. Offer personalized service to our clients and direct them according to their needs. Analyze, utilize, and optimize client potential through active and ongoing follow-up of the agency's client portfolio, in collaboration with advisors from other segments. Expand the current client base through targeted acquisition of new clients. Guide and accompany our clients in digital tools. Collaborate on market prospecting measures, such as contact campaigns and external networking. Carry out tasks and internal controls necessary for the banking activities; ensure client satisfaction through attentive listening and interpersonal skills, welcoming demeanor, and solution-oriented mindset.
