To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Bartender (M/F)
Responsibilities
• Excellent mastery of service techniques, cocktails and various alcoholic beverages (wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, etc.)
• Ensure impeccable service in the dining room and/or at the bar, according to luxury hotel standards
• Prepare, advise and serve cocktails, wines and spirits with expertise
• Warmly welcome a discerning clientele in a refined setting
• Manage and organise the workstation: setup, cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene
Profile sought
• CFC diploma in hospitality or equivalent training
• Proven experience in luxury catering or hospitality
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits
• Ability to work in a team, organisational skills and priority management
• Proficiency in French and English
• Flexibility in working hours (evening, weekends and public holidays)
