To complete our team, we are looking for a: Bartender at the Lobby Lounge (M/F) Work location: Beau-Rivage Type: Fixed-Term Contract Responsibilities Excellent mastery of service techniques, cocktails, and various alcoholic beverages (wines, spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, etc.). Ensure impeccable service in the dining area and/or bar, according to hotel standards. Prepare, advise on, and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits with expertise. Warmly welcome a demanding clientele in a refined setting. Manage and organize the workstation: setup, cleanliness, storage, hygiene. Desired Profile: Degree X or confirmed experience in luxury hospitality. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. Ability to work in a team, with a sense of priorities and time management. Proficiency in French and English. Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
