Deine Aufgaben:

• Zubereitung von erstklassigen Kaffeespezialitäten und Matcha-Kreationen.
• Beratung unserer Gäste zu verschiedenen Röstungen und Matcha-Qualitäten.
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs hinter der Bar.
• Pflege und Reinigung der Siebträgermaschinen und des Equipments.

Dein Profil:

• Erfahrung als Barista (Siebträgermaschine) ist ein Muss.
• Grundkenntnisse oder grosses Interesse an Matcha.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einem Auge fürs Detail.
• Fliessend Deutsch oder Englisch (idealerweise beides).
• Gepflegtes Auftreten und eine positive Ausstrahlung.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing premium coffee specialties and matcha creations.
• Advising our guests on different roasts and matcha grades.
• Ensuring smooth operations behind the bar.
• Maintenance and cleaning of the espresso machines and equipment.

Your Profile:

• Experience as a barista (manual espresso machine) is a must.
• Basic knowledge of or a strong interest in matcha.
• A team player with a sharp eye for detail.
• Fluent in German or English (ideally both).
• Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
