As a true conductor of service, you guarantee impeccable execution of services while respecting the high standards of quality, elegance, and service specific to a prestigious caterer. You organize, coordinate, and energize the teams, while ensuring a fluid, refined, and perfectly mastered customer experience. Diplomatic and proactive, you develop and maintain lasting relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to the loyalty and satisfaction of the clientele.Profile soughtYou have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally acquired within a high-end catering service or the banquet/events department of a 5-star hotel establishment. A recognized manager, you know how to make appropriate decisions in all circumstances while maintaining a vision oriented towards results and excellence. Endowed with a keen sense of service and customer relations, you are comfortable with a demanding clientele and know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust with your contacts. Pedagogical and motivating, you place your teams in the best conditions to achieve the set objectives, while embodying the quality standards of the house. You have a perfect command of French and express yourself with ease in English; good knowledge of German is an asset. Flexible, dynamic, and versatile, you are comfortable with irregular hours, dictated by the event-driven nature of the activity.
