In order to strengthen its team, the Caisse interprofessionnelle AVS of the Romande Enterprises, FER CIAM Geneva, is looking for a Bankruptcy Claims Manager. Your mission: You will provide support to the team in the management and follow-up of files with main activities including: Physical and telephone reception of members; Processing all correspondence from bankrupt members; Receiving and processing documents from the bankruptcy offices; Controlling payments and ARD enforcement actions, costs; Controlling acts of default on assets and decisions and following civil proceedings against CIAM (ARD) responsible bodies; Drafting criminal proceedings (CIAM X); Following up on criminal proceedings against responsible bodies; Managing and issuing decisions suspending payments in the context of criminal proceedings and damage actions (ARD); Following up on files for the service projects of the service, in particular to ensure compliance. You hold a federal certificate of proficiency as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification; You have prior experience in the field of bankruptcies; You possess excellent knowledge in AVS/AI/APG/AC and other dedicated tasks; You have excellent writing skills and a perfect command of the French language; You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook); You are a Swiss national or hold a valid permit.
