La Boulangerie de Lully Sàrl produces daily breads, viennoiseries, pastries and light meals using quality ingredients, such as locally stone-milled flours. Founded in 2023 in Bernex, our bakery has won over a loyal, discerning and gourmet clientele.
We have just opened our new production laboratory on a dedicated site: le Fournil des Verjus in Plan-les-Ouates. This modern laboratory is the heart of our operations, serving several sales points and professional clients throughout the Geneva region.

Baker / Pastry Chef
?Job Profile
You will join the laboratory of Fournil des Verjus in Plan-les-Ouates, the new production centre of La Boulangerie de Lully Sàrl. You will notably participate in the artisanal production of our breads, viennoiseries, pastries, ice creams, confectionery and savoury light meals.

?Job Description
- Preparation of products (bread, viennoiseries, pastries, confectionery, light meals, etc.)
- Baking and shaping
- Respect for recipes and technical sheets
- Monitoring the production plan
- Laboratory maintenance
- Strict adherence to HACCP rules (cleaning, temperature taking, planning)
- Collaboration with other laboratory departments, sales points and logistics team
- Occasional and professional management of deliveries, goods receptions or supplies
?Qualifications
- Minimum diploma required: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) baker-pastry chef-confectioner (or equivalent)
- Desired diploma: Federal Diploma or Federal Certificate (or equivalent)
- Minimum experience required: 5 years as a baker-pastry chef-confectioner
- Mastery: work with 100% natural sourdough preferred

⏰ Days & Working Hours
- Work mainly at night and early morning
- Work on weekends - on average 1 weekend out of 2 and according to schedule
- Working and rest hours according to an annual schedule, communicated at the start of each year, with variable distribution of hours depending on periods.
- 5 weeks of holiday per calendar year (Bakery-Pastry-Confectionery Collective Labour Agreement)
⚠️ This position requires good adaptability to night work and a dynamic pace, while respecting procedures and artisanal quality.
