For one of our industrial clients in the sustainable nutrition and health sector, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised Back Office Specialist to strengthen the commercial department.

Back Office Specialist

Your main responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage offers, contracts and commercial agreements
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and export documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems, including master data management
  • Communicate with customers and distributors to support the sales team (written and verbal)
  • Monitor pricing, quantities, and planning
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Finance and Quality Management

 

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a sales support / back office / purchasing function
  • Knowledge of export processes is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, team player, and independent working style
