The perfect candidate:
As an experienced and visionary B2B Digital Campaign Manager for the EMEA/LATAM Region you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing effective B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns within the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in shaping the Global B2B Digital Campaign Strategy and tactics to accelerate implementation to local Marketing and Sales organizations (Affiliates) across EMEA/LATAM.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
B2B Digital Campaign Management & Excellence
• Strategic Contribution & Planning: Contribute to the co-creation of Global B2B Digital Marketing Strategies, translating them into actionable and impactful digital marketing plans tailored to EMEA/LATAM market needs, particularly within the Near Patient Care Customer Area
• Campaign Roll-out & Execution Leadership: Lead the effective roll-out, adoption and accelerated execution of Global B2B Digital Marketing Campaigns across EMEA/LATAM affiliates, ensuring alignment with global strategy while enabling local relevance
• Expert Consulting & Standards: Provide consulting to global, regional, and affiliate marketing teams on designing, executing, and optimizing best-in-class B2B digital campaigns. Establish and harmonize B2B digital marketing best practices, high standards, and key operational processes
B2B Digital Marketing Excellence & Innovation
• Trend Monitoring & Evaluation: Actively monitor, evaluate, and share insights on the latest B2B digital marketing trends, competitive strategies, platform innovations, and emerging technologies relevant in EMEA/LATAM
• Experimentation & Advanced Tactics: Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation by partnering with pilot markets to test, learn, and scale advanced tactics (e.g., sophisticated segmentation, personalized omnichannel journeys, innovative B2B acquisition models, new marketing technologies, etc.)
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global, Regional & Local Marketers & Senior Leaders
• Facilitating Collaboration: Enable effective cross-functional collaboration to connect key stakeholders, ensure alignment, and drive timely decision-making for campaign success

Must Haves:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in International Digital Marketing and/or Omnichannel Campaign Management
• Analytical & Systems Thinking
• Agile Project Management, Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and agile project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
• MedTech or Healthcare Experience
• Digital Marketing Channel Experience in: Sprinklr, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Social Media native Platforms (paid & organic)
• Experience in the Integration of AI along the Campaign Process & Digital Marketing Activities
