The ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS, takes care of clients at home annually and serves 105 municipalities in the North Vaud region. For our relief pool, we are looking for a:VERSATILE AUXILIARY at 70 - 80%Your missionsAs a versatile auxiliary, your role involves having skills related to:- Basic care and housekeeping: Ability to provide care and housekeeping assistance at the clients' homes- Monitoring and client relations: Aptitude to create and maintain respectful relationships with clients, while following care objectives and transmitting relevant information- Teamwork: Contribution to the proper functioning of the team and collaboration with its members- Management: Responsibility for tasks related to the functionYour profileYou hold a Red Cross recognition as a health auxiliary or an equivalent qualification. A first experience in an institution is a real asset. Demonstrating autonomy, versatility, and a great capacity for listening, you have a marked interest in home care and the quality of service. You have the ability to adapt easily to various situations. Empathy, listening skills, and flexibility are part of your strengths.
