We are looking for a qualified and passionate Lawyer to join our legal team based in Sion. You will join the existing team in the autonomous management of legal cases and legal advice to clients.

Your tasks:

• Represent and defend clients in legal proceedings.
• Advise and assist clients on complex cases.
• Draft commercial contracts, memoranda and other legal documents with a high degree of quality.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide opinions in the context of dispute resolution procedures.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s expertise.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Swiss law and Swiss bar admission.
• Additional training (FSA, CAS, LL.M., doctorate) is an asset.
• Experience in real estate law and/or commercial law is a plus.
• Excellent academic qualifications and references.
• Native French speaker; very good command of German and English. Other languages are a plus.
• Strong interest in the business world and our activities.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
• Dynamic and curious personality with excellent team spirit.
