What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training in the automotive sector, for example as a retail specialist, automotive spare parts salesperson, automotive specialist, mechatronics technician or equivalent
  • You speak fluent French; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Experience in sales or sales processing
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics) and office software, as well as
  • general IT knowledge
  • You stand out with a strong customer service orientation.
  • You communicate openly, clearly and constructively.
  • High initiative, solution-oriented and team spirit

Your job:

  • Welcoming and advising customers
  • Independently handling complaints and returns
  • Processing customer orders by phone and in writing
