To strengthen our team, we are looking for our Realisation department, for a:

Job Description

• You support site production by troubleshooting and maintaining machines
• You drive the improvement and optimisation of manufacturing processes for existing assembly machines
• In collaboration with other workshops, you participate in the design, realisation, and commissioning of new production installations
• You coordinate activities with various internal or external partners
• You play an active role in development and continuous improvement within your department
• You provide an on-call service

Profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician and can demonstrate several years of experience in the realisation and commissioning of automatic machines

Required Skills

• Flexible and stress-resistant, you have a strong sense of priorities
• Autonomous and proactive, you are rigorous and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
• You show a keen interest in new technologies and are willing to work in shifts (2x8)

Languages

• Fluency in French; German and English are an advantage
