Best known for protecting the majority of the world's banknotes, today our solutions are run on a digital basis and cover mainly revenue, healthcare security, brand protection and identity.To strengthen our Facilities & Services department, we are looking for a Technician.ROLE:The function involves ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all technical aspects of the Prilly and Bussigny sites. The function requires a place of residence within 30 minutes of the work site.- Participate in the on-call service.- Participate in the monitoring of all projects regarding new installations and obsolescence.- Perform regular inspections of industrial equipment.- Perform updates and backups.- Proceed with changes, monitoring, and updating of technical systems.- Diagnose and restore basic conditions for breakdowns or malfunctions in systems. This may include replacing defective parts, configuring components, and resolving performance-related issues.- Work on sustainability programs to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduce costs.- Work with clients to understand their needs, explain detected problems, and provide advice on systems.- Ensure compliance with local and federal standards regarding data protection and system maintenance.- Monitor and perform technological updates to stay informed of the latest advances in the field.- Respect HSE rules.- Participate in risk analyses.PROFILE:- CFC or equivalent qualification, with good knowledge of HVAC building techniques.- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within a regulated establishment as part of a professional engineering or maintenance service.- Proven experience in problem analysis to identify root causes.- Knowledge of PLC (Siemens, SAIA).- Good knowledge of BMS and MCR tools (e.g., Honeywell, PCvue).- Good command of office software O365, MS Office, SharePoint, Share file, SAP S4HANA.- Holder of OIBT 15.- Excellent knowledge of building techniques.- Proven ability to establish and manage relationships at all skill levels (both written and oral).- Previous experience in cross-functional teams with good stakeholder management.- Holder of a valid driving license.- Proficiency in French, English and/or German is an asset.Our success comes from our talented and highly qualified employees, a respectful company policy, and a long-term vision.
