WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage, supervise and develop a team of 3 automation specialists
• Plan activities, allocate tasks and ensure operational follow-up (CMMS reporting)
• Oversee maintenance, evolution and reliability of automated systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks)
• Ensure availability of critical installations (dairy processes, CIP, packaging, utilities)
• Lead automation projects: modernisation, digitalisation, energy optimisation, integration of new lines
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance (troubleshooting), quality and IT
• Provide expert support in case of complex breakdowns and coordinate external interventions
• Ensure system compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, machine safety)
• Update technical documentation and manage software versions

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Engineering or ES technician training in automation with recognised expertise in industrial automation (minimum 5 years)
• Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (JAG, Siemens S7 / TIA Portal or equivalent)
• Proven experience in maintenance and automation in an industrial environment, with very good knowledge of mechanics and electricity. Experience in the food industry is an asset
• Good knowledge of instrumentation, regulation and industrial processes
• Excellent command of common IT tools (MS Office) and ability to use business tools such as ERP, CMMS, etc.
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks, strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigour, adaptability and good stress management
• Strong team spirit, sense of collective, ability to motivate, value and support a group, with respect, transparency, kindness and empathy
