Joining us means practicing a meaningful profession, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to a common goal.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Manage, supervise, and develop a team of 3 specialists- Organize activities, distribute tasks, and ensure follow-up (CMMS reporting)- Supervise the maintenance, evolution, and reliability of systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks)- Guarantee the availability of critical equipment (dairy processes, CIP, packaging, utilities)- Lead projects: energy, new lines- Collaborate closely with production, maintenance (troubleshooting), quality, and IT- Provide expert support in case of complex breakdowns and coordinate external interventions- Ensure system compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, machine safety)- Update technical documentation and manage software versionsWHAT YOU BRING:- Engineering degree or ES technician diploma in automation with recognized expertise in industrial automation (minimum 5 years)- Mastery of programmable logic controllers (JAG, Siemens S7 / TIA Portal or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in maintenance and in an industrial environment, with very good knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
