For our partner, a recognized company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:Maintenance TechnicianPermanent positionStart date: ASAPYour mission:As the Spray Dryer referent, you guarantee the reliability, performance, and GMP compliance of equipment throughout their life cycle, in a highly regulated industrial environment.Your responsibilities:- Be the technician for the Spray Dryer zone.- Guarantee the availability, reliability, and maintainability of systems.- Maintain technical expertise on architectures, control systems, and standards.- Lead or contribute to commissioning, start-ups, and qualifications (IQ/OQ).- Coordinate activities with suppliers and engineering teams.- Participate in projects and ensure the transfer of systems to teams.- Provide expert troubleshooting (PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks).- Support production and maintenance during complex incidents or performance drifts.- Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.- Manage changes via change control processes.- Guarantee technical documentation, GMP compliance, and data integrity.- Contribute to audits and CAPA.- Participate in continuous improvement projects.- Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, IT, and Methods teams.- Supervise external contractors during interventions.- Ensure reporting of activities in the CMMS and site tools.- Apply and promote safety rules and procedures.Profile:- Technical degree (BTS, HES, Bachelor or equivalent) in automation or industrial maintenance.- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.- Solid mastery of PLC, HMI/SCADA, industrial networks, and instrumentation.- Field-oriented profile, autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented.- Comfortable in a GMP environment.- Fluent French and good level of English. jidb7d3e2baen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
