Our client, a specialized watchmaking company, is looking for a Maintenance Technician specializing in high-precision component maintenance. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment by performing corrective, preventive, and industrial maintenance on systems and supervision. - Diagnose faults on equipment and conduct corrective and preventive maintenance interventions. - Participate in continuous improvement and the implementation of updates and programs related to the commissioning of new equipment or techniques. - Fill in intervention reports in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. - Analyze technical malfunctions and investigate root causes. - Read and interpret electrical diagrams, plans, and documents, as well as parameterize HMI (such as Siemens). - Provide support during technical stops and technical projects to production and maintenance teams. - Stay updated on equipment technology. Profile: - CFC Technician specialized in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent. - Proven experience in industrial environments and supervision. - Industrial electricity/electrotechnics knowledge. - Basic mechanics experience and familiarity with a CMMS. - Rigor and analytical skills. - Reactivity and autonomy. - Team spirit and service orientation. - Ability to work in a production environment. - Teamwork, on-call duty or shift schedules possible depending on the site. - Interventions in and on production lines. - Compliance with safety regulations.
