Within the automation department for one of our clients in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a:
Operator - Setter on Automation System

MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

- Adjustment of industrial robots, chasing machines and laser marking (Series changeover, tooling alignment, adjustment and programming)
- Ensure production according to priorities and the control list
- Maintain production standards and read technical drawings
- Self-inspection and regular verification of production
- 1st to 2nd level maintenance on automatic machines (fault identification and diagnosis, minor mechanical repair by component replacement), self-inspection and checkpointing
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a production machine operator or equivalent (BTS in maintenance, mechatronics technician, machine mechanic, etc.) or extensive experience
- Knowledge of pneumatics, control cameras, clearance verification, transmission systems = an asset
- Good knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement methods
- Good analytical skills, able to seek and propose relevant solutions
- Recognised for diagnostic skills and troubleshooting methodology
- Autonomy, ability to be reactive, team spirit and communication skills
- Work in alternating shifts 2x8
