Auditor SUVA & AVSThe company MBG SA is mandated by various organizations domiciled at Avenue Eugène-Pittard 24, Geneva, to ensure their financial management, human resources, and payroll. The MEROBA Geneva Agency, which aims to manage the payroll of companies in the technical building trades, collect and control federal social contributions, is looking for an AUDITOR SUVA & AVS due to a retirement.Your missionYou carry out audits with employers to verify the correct application of legal provisions regarding Swiss social insurance. You contribute to ensuring the compliance of payrolls and accompany companies in respecting their main responsibilities.- Carry out annual checks of employers in the field of AVS, AI, APG, AC, SUVA as well as other related tasks.- Verify declared salaries and contribution bases.- Draft control reports, post-control data, and ensure the compliance of payrolls with current legislation.- Advise companies on applicable provisions regarding social insurance.- Collaborate with partner institutions and various stakeholders.- Ensure rigorous follow-up of files in compliance with quality and confidentiality requirements.- Follow regulatory developments and contribute to the updating and development of the control system.- Drafting of processes and procedures for the Agency.- Participate in supporting the Agency's activities.Profile- Commercial, accounting, or equivalent degree.- Diploma in payroll management and/or social insurance.- Professional experience of at least 5 years in AVS and SUVA audits or in a similar position related to Swiss social insurance.- Excellent command of Swiss legislation regarding social insurance.- Solid knowledge of accounting, payroll, and tax.- Analytical skills, rigor, sense of organization, and customer-oriented.- Ability to work autonomously and manage several files simultaneously.- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate diplomacy and discretion.- Mastery of common tools (good command of Excel and csv files); knowledge of payroll management software is an asset.Start date: October-NovemberWe offer a quality work environment in a human-sized company, in full development and committed to numerous projects, with attractive social and salary conditions.
