The diagnostic department, composed of eight medical services, has the mission to provide high-quality medical diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinics in a timely manner and at an acceptable cost, to guide patient care and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions. The Radiology Department's main mission is to perform diagnostic radiology examinations and therapeutic interventions guided by various imaging techniques. This clinical activity includes approximately examinations and diagnostic and therapeutic actions per year, a significant part of which is provided at a rate of h. The medical team in the radiology service conducts X multidisciplinary conferences per month, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The Radiology Department is seeking the future associate physician, whether or not an aggregated physician, responsible for the gynecological radiology unit - 100%. As an associate physician or aggregated associate physician, under the supervision of the chief physician of the service, you coordinate and develop all clinical diagnostic activities in the field of gynecological radiology. You are responsible for the radiological assessments to be carried out in close collaboration with the requesting physicians, and in the context of your clinical activities, you lead the conduction of radiological examinations as well as their quality control on both technical and medical levels. You participate in on-call and standby activities, actively engage in pre-graduate and post-graduate teaching, ensure the development of clinical knowledge, and supervise medical interns, residents, and clinical heads. You enhance the learning of radiology in the clinical setting and lead theoretical conferences as well as seminars on your areas of expertise. Thanks to your communication and teaching skills, you contribute to the academic advancement in your specialty. Part of your activities will be dedicated to research for which you develop projects. These research projects can be initiated within the framework of partnerships, or with funding from private sources. As part of your functions, you actively participate in the management of the unit. You organize various multidisciplinary conferences in the field of women's imaging, facilitating interactions to ensure quality of care and a collaborative spirit. You apply the common directives to all units of the radiology service, in conjunction with the chief physician. Throughout all your activities, you ensure a close interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with the Gynecology Service and with the physicians from the units of the Radiology Service. Through regular exchanges with all teams, you ensure optimal management of patients and a high level of medical quality. Additionally, you contribute to projects in the field of gynecological radiology with the Radiology Service, other services in the diagnostic department, and other departments. We invite you to join a cutting-edge Radiology Service that supervises complex clinics and provides quality medical care thanks to an interdisciplinary team of over 200 healthcare professionals (medical staff, caregivers, radiology technicians, etc.). In constant contact with requesting physicians, you will develop your personal knowledge and skills thanks to the environment. You hold a medical degree or possess an equivalent qualification and have obtained a specialty title in radiology. You also possess a doctoral thesis and have gained experience as a lead or primary author. If you received your medical degree in a foreign country, you must have received recognition from the Medical Professions Commission of the Federal Office of Public Health (MEBEKO) and your degree must be registered in the Medical Professions Register (MedReg). Furthermore, you must obtain/have obtained a Geneva cantonal right, regardless of where your diploma was obtained. You must have a strong command of the French language (spoken and written - C1 level essential) and possess excellent communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team. You are a dynamic, flexible, and committed individual.
