Faithful to its roots and values, it encourages the creation of a healthy, inclusive, and inspiring work environment, ideal for developing your potential in the Solutions Division.In this role, the Business Analyst will be dedicated to all solutions and to Vaudoise, and will be a key player between the Product Owner (who carries the product vision) and the Solutions Manager (who guarantees delivery).The missions that await you:- Gather and analyze business needs (via interviews, surveys, workshops)- Propose solutions, define necessary specifications (translate needs/evolutions into technical-functional solutions, write specifications)- Identify and handle functional, technical, legal, data, security, and process dependencies- Document processes (request management, ITSM, etc.)- Manage tests (from strategy to execution by defining acceptance criteria, writing test plans, coordinating anomaly resolution)- Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions/functionalities (Jira: projects, workflows, custom fields, Assets/CMDB; Confluence: spaces, permissions; Jira Service Management: portals, queues, request types, SLA, etc.)- Perform certain configurations- Support changes induced in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, etc.)- Monitor usage and adoption (designing dashboards, reports for the team or stakeholders)- Ensure technological watch (evolutions, new functionalities)- Work in close collaboration with the people who manage Microsoft 365 products- Provide level 2 support (diagnostics, collaboration with technical teams, publishers, enrichment of the knowledge base)Your profile:- Higher education degree (HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL)- Strong technical-functional expertise in solutions (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, Jira Service Management, Assets, Bitbucket, Groovy, Xray, BigPicture)- Minimum 5 years of experience in technologies within the framework of IT missions/projects, or business projects with a technological dimension and strong complexity- Developed analytical capacity, a sharp sense of service, strong writing skills- Excellent mastery of agile methodologies, ITIL processes- Sensitivity to change management and in particular to the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology applied in our environment- Knowledge of Jira & Rovo appreciated- Perfect mastery of the French language: oral and written, and mastery of English: B2 level minimum.
