As an 'Associate Quality Specialist Method', you will lead the development of new quality measurement methods together with the competence labs and project leaders and will perform their validation in autonomy. You will support the validation of production line and products by developing appropriate tools. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality department in its internal way of working and protocols, and specifically develop data sciences and connectivity of the labs. In this role, you will be able to operate in a flexible R&D environment, allowing you to express your creativity.
A Day in the Life of an Associate Quality Specialist Method:
- Develop new quality measurement methods from experimental design to implementation of the plan in order to ensure high reliability of the production lines
- Manage stakeholders' requirements for the definition of the method specifications together with the lab manager
- Actively contribute to improve existing Nestlé methods and standards to specific internal needs
- Ensure data analysis of the validation plan with appropriate tools and develop data sciences connectivity of the lab equipment
- Actively contribute to promote the Nestlé Good Laboratory Practice inside the department
qualifications
What will make you successful:
- Master's degree in Sciences or Engineering (Chemical, Physics, Automation, Mechanical, Material, etc.)
- At least 2 years' experience in a laboratory and/or R&D environment
- Good knowledge of statistics and relevant tools (R, Qstat, Excel, etc.)
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work well with others
- Familiarity with beverage systems a plus
- Fluent in French and English
- Master's degree in Sciences or Engineering (Chemical, Physics, Automation, Mechanical, Material, etc.)
