We are looking for an associate specialised in inheritance law to support a demanding clientele in handling complex estate and succession cases.

Family-sized notary firm, recognised and well established in Geneva.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Independent management of inheritance law cases (estate planning, estate liquidation, division, client advice);
• Drafting deeds, agreements and all legal documentation related to the succession field;
• Advising and supporting Swiss and international clients, in collaboration with the various parties involved in the case;

Candidate Profile

Your profile is as follows:

• Minimum of < 5 years experience within a notary firm in Switzerland;
• Rigour, organisational skills and excellent drafting quality;
• Genuine interest in inheritance law and willingness to commit long-term to this specialisation;
• Excellent command of French and a good level of English essential;
