We are looking for an administrative Assistant (M/F)

Our client is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and follow up meetings in collaboration with the Committee Chair

  • Manage documentation using specific tools

  • Act as liaison with relevant internal services

  • Monitor files, update dashboards, and follow up on deadlines in coordination with the Chair

  • Assist with editing weekly activity reports and compiling statistics for the annual report

  • Help organize events such as meetings, visits, reviews, and workshops

  • Follow up on travel requests

  • Manage external registration processes

Qualifikationen

Profile:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in office software and document management tools

  • Strong team spirit and ability to work in an international environment

  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)

  • Maximum 5 years of experience
