To complete our team, we are looking for an indefinite period for an:Assistant Store Manager 100% - Shop-in-Shop Manor GenevaJob descriptionThe main mission is to assist the Store Manager in their tasks:- You actively contribute to the development of turnover and the achievement of commercial objectives by offering a high-quality customer experience.- You supervise and coach the team on the sales floor, instilling a positive and service-oriented dynamic.- You ensure impeccable management of the boutique: scheduling, stock control, product tracking, cash register management, and inventories with precision.- You ensure compliance with commercial standards and procedures, which guarantee quality and brand image.- You guarantee perfect maintenance of the boutique and merchandising in accordance with brand standards.- You assist the team during sales to ensure personalized support and high-quality customer service.- You participate fully in the life of the boutique by being a source of proposals and an actor in its smooth daily operation.Profile- You have confirmed experience in Retail. Experience in watchmaking is highly appreciated.- You have proven prior experience in a similar management function, ideally within a multicultural environment.Professional requirements- You possess an excellent sense of sales and service, and place the customer at the center of your priorities.- You are organized and rigorous in following procedures and in daily management.- You demonstrate a great capacity for listening, oriented towards understanding and meeting customer needs.Languages- You are a native French speaker and also have a command of English; any other language is an additional advantage.Company address- The position is based in Geneva.
