To strengthen the teams at its UAPE Le Tilleul, the City of Prilly is seeking a fixed substitute socio-educational assistant to support children from 1P to 3P in a stimulating, caring, and dynamic environment.
Thanks to this hybrid role combining fixed presence and substitutions, you play an essential part in ensuring continuity of care and the smooth running of the facility.
Fixed 55% Socio-Educational Assistant (Substitute)
Your daily tasks
- Welcome children in a safe, warm, and stimulating environment
- Ensure their well-being, safety, and development on a daily basis
- Propose and implement activities adapted to the needs and ages of the children
- Participate in the arrangement of living and activity spaces
- Build a trusting relationship with families
- Actively collaborate with educational teams and participate in the life of the UAPE
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the educational project
What you bring
- A CFC diploma as a socio-educational assistant or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in the field of childhood
- Flexibility and good adaptability to different age groups
- A positive and collaborative team spirit
- Autonomy, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
- A natural ease in relating to children, families, and colleagues
- Good command of French

Practical information
Workplace: Prilly
Start date: 10 August 2026 or to be agreed
Contract: permanent
Activity rate : 55% including:
- a fixed part (currently Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning and all day Wednesday)
- a variable part according to substitution needs within the UAPE
