Substitute CFC AssistantAt the Maison de Vie DEFI in Boudry – High Intensity Facility – we are looking for professionals capable of intervening where presence is necessary, in varied contexts and situations.Maison de Vie DEFI welcomes people with intellectual disabilities with associated disorders and challenging behaviors that can be of variable intensity, sometimes marked, requiring structured, secure, and constant supervision. These realities are fully part of daily life and require skills of patience and adjustment. Reducing the Maison de Vie DEFI to these aspects alone would be incomplete. You also intervene in living spaces where individualized projects are built, where each person is considered according to their background, with their specific needs, resources, and margins for development. The days thus alternate between intensive support and more open moments, social activities, shared life time, development of autonomy, and leisure.As a substitute, you intervene in different homes. You discover varied operations, teams, and beneficiaries.
