Assistant (h/f/d) at 50% on a fixed-term contractAssistant (ASE) - 50% smoothed over the month - / socio-sanitary sectorFor one of our clients, we are looking for a motivated socio-educational assistant (ASE) to join a structure specializing in the support of people.Organize and lead individual and collective activities aimed at stimulating the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional capacities of clients.Adapt activities according to the level of autonomy, rhythm, and desires of each person.Encourage and value skills and support the maintenance of autonomy.Observe the reactions and evolution of beneficiaries during activities, then transmit relevant information to the multidisciplinary team.Collaborate closely with care and stewardship teams to ensure consistent, personalized, and benevolent care.ProfileFederal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant.
