A thermal center, but also a fitness center, conference and seminar center, the hotel has 85 rooms and 2 restaurants.The Grand Hotel and Thermal Center is looking for:ASSISTANT MAITRE D HOTEL – Permanent contract – 100%Your profile:- Holder of a diploma or CFC with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field- Mastery of the French language- Good knowledge of English- Organized, flexible, dynamic, rigorous, capable of taking initiativeTasks:- Support the F&B manager in their duties and replace them in their absence;- Ensure the maintenance of service quality and compliance with Boas group standards;- Participate in dining room service and guarantee its excellence;- Participate in conference service and guarantee its excellence;- Guarantee customer follow-up;- Have perfect knowledge of the products and offers of the restaurant, bar, and seminars;- Manage and monitor stocks on a daily basis, including inventories;- Monitor hours and time tracking in the system;- Order and receive goods (drinks, linen, etc.);- Actively participate in continuous improvement, both in terms of quality and performance.Schedule: variable, including weekends and public holidaysStart date: from July 1stWe offer you:- A warm working environment within a dynamic and motivated teamAre you interested?
