HOTELIS is the preferred partner of numerous superior hotels, restaurants, catering services (events, stadiums, and exhibition centers), and collective restaurant operators.Assistant Hotel ManagerCompany DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and committed Assistant Manager to support Management in the daily operations of a 4-star hotel.As the right hand of the Hotel Manager, you will contribute to providing an excellent guest experience while ensuring the commercial and human performance of the establishment.Job DescriptionOn a daily basis, you will be required to:- Supervise hotel operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.- Be present on the floor to support teams, particularly during periods of high activity.- Manage, support, and develop staff through a benevolent and continuous management approach.- Guarantee a warm welcome and an impeccable level of guest service.- Supervise reception operations and coordinate interactions between different departments.- Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and safety rules.- Participate in the commercial strategy of the hotel: revenue growth, revenue management, and monitoring of performance indicators.- Contribute to budget preparation, cost control, and monitoring of expenses.- Manage sensitive situations, guest complaints, and ensure a leadership role in case of incidents.- Create team schedules based on activity and ensure monitoring of personnel costs.- Participate in continuous improvement projects and the development of the establishment.Profile SoughtYou are recognized for your leadership, your sense of service, and your ability to unite teams.
