Our subsidiaries complete this offer through their real estate expertise, facility management, and project monitoring services.Join a welcoming, human, and dynamic team today!For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:Property Management AssistantYour missions:- Assist the property manager to ensure the administrative and technical management of a real estate portfolio on behalf of our owners.- Ensure high-quality telephone and physical reception for our clientele, owners, or tenants, as well as with concierges and building owners.- Follow up on technical problems and manage related invoices, including claims management.- Establish leases and amendments related to these properties and respond to tenant requests regarding the management of rent installments and reductions.- Establish correspondence in connection with the requests of our clients.Profile sought:- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee and justify confirmed experience (3 years) in a property management agency for an administrative or technical assistant position.- Demonstrate very good organizational skills and appreciate responsibilities and autonomy.- Have a dynamic temperament while justifying good resistance to stress.- Have an excellent command of French and great ease with numbers.- Master standard tools (Word, Excel).We offer:- A modern and pleasant work environment.- Attractive employment conditions and social benefits.- A stable position.- Activity rate: 100%- Start date: immediately or by agreement.Interested in joining us?
