Pharmacy Assistant – Project Support and Customer Accompaniment (80% - 100%)The company is a market leader in the sector of solutions for retail and hospital pharmacies and is a company belonging to the Ofac Group. To strengthen our Customer Experience service, we are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant – Project Support and Customer Accompaniment (80% - 100%).As a Pharmacy Assistant in charge of project management and customer support, you maintain and develop relationships with key account and key clients. You work in close collaboration with internal teams, coordinate their activities, and ensure the quality of services. You are in regular contact with your clients, analyze their needs, and coordinate requests in order to effectively resolve problems and questions related to the company's products. You also keep an overview of all projects and developments involving your clients (POS, Abilis, etc.). You steer internal and external projects, coordinate resources as well as processes, in order to ensure efficient implementation. You are responsible for the organization of meetings as well as regular visits to major clients.- Act as the central interface between major clients and the company- Analysis of client requests and internal teams for efficient processing and support of specific projects related to products- Management of projects, including monitoring of deadlines- Coordination of internal and external project members, meetings, and drafting of meeting minutes and project reports- Guarantee of project quality through early identification of obstacles and proactive search for solutions- Identification of potential improvements in projects and processes- Completed training as a pharmacy assistant- At least 3 years of professional experience in a pharmacy- Strong customer and solution orientation, as well as excellent Microsoft 365 skills (notably Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); knowledge of tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Wedo constitutes an advantage- Knowledge of pharmacy software (Tactil, Pharmanet, Streamboard, Abilis, Streamfact)- Essential: good analytical skills- Experience in drafting reports, an advantage- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (fluent); German and/or Italian are a plusWorkplace: Neuenegg (BE)Activity rate: 80 - 100%Start date: Immediately or by arrangementWant to join a motivated team and integrate into a group with recognized competence?
