We are looking for the Early Childhood Sector

Profile sought

- Diploma as Early Childhood Educator ES/HES or a title recognised by SASAJ allowing the exercise of a management function in an early childhood institution.
- Management training recognised by SASAJ (CAS in management of social institutions or an equivalent title considered as such).
- Proven experience in team management in the early childhood field, ideally within a Geneva-based structure.
- Good knowledge of the Geneva regulatory framework related to early childhood.
- Experience in a structure subsidised by the City of Geneva is a real asset.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to quickly integrate into a work environment and provide effective support to teams.

As part of a temporary replacement within an early childhood structure based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced professional to fulfil the role of Assistant Director.
