For our client, an asset management company based in Geneva, we are looking for an Asset Manager 100%



 

 

Your responsibilities

- Asset Manager specialized primarily in Structure Products, as well as Bonds, Equities and Funds

- Reporting to the Investment Committee and working closely with Advisory Team and the Head of Structuring and Distribution

- Effectively run Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) portfolios following the guidelines of investment policy statement.

- Manage individual portfolios following clients’ investment objectives and restrictions.

- Buying and selling securities in client accounts and certificates to maintain a specific investment strategy, or to reach an investment objective.

- In case-by-case attend client meetings, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and discussing their portfolio performance and investment objectives.

- Evaluating the performance of different DPMs and individual investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with investment policy statements. 

- Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends.

 

Your profile

- 5 or more years’ professional advisor / portfolio management experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance.

- (Optional) Professional certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar qualification, such as a CPA.

- Detailed understanding of capital markets.

- Exceptional analytical skills.

- English (fluent), French (fluent)

- Proficient in various financial management software, such as FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg Terminal, and BlackRock Aladdin.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
