Your role

Within a multidisciplinary team, you contribute to the well-being and home maintenance of patients by providing care tailored to their needs.

As such, you will be required to:

• Perform basic care and medical-technical acts within your role.
• Observe the evolution of patients’ health status and relay useful information to the referring nurses.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of care plans.
• Support individuals in daily living activities, promoting their autonomy.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure personalised and quality support.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• For diplomas obtained abroad: CRS recognition is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Comfortable working independently and organising your interventions efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and professionalism.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle required.
• Clean Swiss criminal record extract.
