We are looking for a qualified and adaptable ASSC or nursing assistant, capable of intervening effectively in various contexts. Missions: - Ensure care is provided according to the patient's needs, care objectives, and medical prescriptions, in your area of expertise, under the supervision of a nurse. - Support the physical, mental, and social well-being of patients and assist them in their daily activities. - Guarantee a clean and safe environment, adhering to hospital hygiene rules. - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, taking a holistic and personalized approach to care. ------- Profile sought: - A CFC (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training) as a healthcare and community support assistant or a nursing assistant/auxiliary health diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (CRS). - Experience in a hospital environment: Minimum of 1 year for holders of a diploma, 2 years for holders of a diploma with confirmed experience in hospital care (medicine, surgery, etc.). - A high capacity to meet specific demands, ease in emergency situations, and good management skills. - Excellent skills: good listening ability, solid competencies, flexibility to work days and evenings, as well as 2 weekends per month.
