We are looking for a qualified and adaptable ASSC or caregiver, capable of intervening effectively in different contexts. Responsibilities include: ensuring care is provided according to the patient’s needs, care objectives and medical prescriptions, under a nurse’s supervision; supporting the physical, mental, and social well-being of patients and assisting them in their daily activities; ensuring a clean and secure environment by adhering to hospital hygiene rules; collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, adopting a holistic and personalized approach to care.------- Desired Profile: A federal certificate as an assistant in nursing and community health or a caregiver/auxiliary health diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC). Experience in a hospital setting: Minimum of 1 year for holders of a diploma, 2 years for holders of another diploma; confirmed experience in hospital care (medicine, surgery, etc.).
